All content and materials featured on this site are protected by international copyright laws. You may view and use one copy of the materials, downloading that copy to your computer and either printing the document or burning the audio to a cd for your personal and non-commercial use.

You may not disseminate, modify or reproduce these materials without the express permission of the intellectual property rights holders.

Membership and Your Account

Any information provided will be bound by the Passionate Heart Inner Circle Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy.

If and when you join the Passionate Heart Inner Circle, you will be solely responsible to maintain and protect the confidentiality of your log-in and user information and to restrict access to your computer. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and passwords and cannot sell, transfer or assign your membership or any membership rights.

The Passionate Heart Inner Circle is a monthly membership subscription service for which you receive access to the monthly audio, access to ebooks, courses, special reports, and audios in our Members area, and discounts on products and live events. If you signed up for the free trial offer, you will be billed monthly after the initial first month or expiration of the free trial period.

You agree to pay all subscription fees and any other charges incurred under your account at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. All fees will be billed to the credit card provided when you registered and charged on the same date each month as your initial register date. If you want to change your credit card information, please contact us by phone at 740-772-2279.

Your credit card will be billed to “Collinspartners” for this Passionate Heart Inner Circle monthly membership service.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription to Passionate Heart Inner Circle at any time by sending us an email request or by phoning us at 740-772-2279 with your account information. Because this is a monthly membership program, your credit card will be billed on the same date on which you signed up unless we are otherwise notified.

While we will make every attempt to process cancellations on the next business day, human errors and email glitches sometimes occur. If you have not received email confirmation of your cancellation within 5 business days, please contact us again.

Upon receipt of your request, your membership will be cancelled on the next business day. You must cancel your membership before your renewal date in order to avoid billing of subscription fees to your credit card for that month. Passionate Heart does not provide refunds or credits for any partial monthly subscription period.  

If you want to cancel your membership to Passionate Heart Inner Circle and do not contact us by the date of your monthly subscription renewal, your credit card will automatically be charged until we are notified of your desire to cancel.

There are no returns of the monthly cds. If the cd is defective, contact us by phone or email and a replacement will be sent.

Delivery

When you join the Passionate Heart Inner Circle, you get immediate access to the vast resources in the Members are. You will be able to download the monthly audios by going to the Monthly Archive page in the Members area.

Use of Resources

You will use the Passionate Heart Inner Circle website and all of its contents for lawful purposes and at your own risk. You assume full responsibility and liability for all claims arising from your use. Passionate Heart Inner Circle, Collinspartners, Conscious Heart Publishing, Passionate Heart assumes no responsibility whatsoever for errors or omissions in materials or information that is sent in the mail or found on the website.
